Jiří Fajt znovu ředitelem Národní galerie Praha! Protože došlo k evidentnímu pochybení ze strany státu, na jehož základě byl občansky i pracovně zásadně poškozen doc. Dr. et Ing. Jiří Fajt, Ph.D., žádáme o revizi rozhodnutí bývalého ministra kultury České republiky doc. Mgr. Antonína Staňka, Ph.D., ve věci výpovědi Jiřího Fajta z místa ředitele Národní galerie Praha a o jeho návrat do této funkce. Je-li právem ministra kultury bezdůvodně ředitele příspěvkových organizací ministerstva odvolávat, tak je jistě možné být i stejně bezdůvodně novým ministrem kultury jmenován, především proto, že důvody k jeho odvolání byly v tyto dny (po roce) právně odloženy jako neopodstatněné. Jiří Fajt, Ph.D., has suffered very serious damage both as a private citizen and in his professional career, we request a revision of the decision of the former Minister of Culture of the Czech Republic, doc. Mgr. Antonín Staňek, Ph.D., on the dismissal of Jiří Fajt from the position of Director of the National Gallery Prague, and his return to this position. If the Minister of Culture has the right to remove a director of a cultural organization subordinated to the Ministry without reasonable grounds, then it is certainly possible for the new Minister of Culture to reinstate him to his position just as unreasonably, mainly because the reasons for his dismissal were deemed to be legally unfounded these days (after a year).
