I am signing this petition because the torture of these poor animals needs to stop immediately, as soon as possible! These innocent animals didn't do anything to the torturers, but they don't care, they just want to make something hurt becsuse somethings wrong with themselves. Everyone knows serial killers start with animals, people might be next! If there is an overcrowding of stray cats, implement TNR programs, because torturing is BEYOND unnecessary. Encuentro una total injusticia que para robos, asesinatos y otras cosas tengan buenas leyes en China, pero si se trata de animalitos los cuales no hacen absolutamente daño a nadie no realicen ninguna penitencia. Los animalitos callejeros que no tienen ni como defenderse sean cruelmente asesinados es una total barbaridad la cual no se debería de hacer vista gorda, deben de tomar en cuenta que también no solo a los gatos callejeros le están haciendo daño que si no LOS ESTAN ROBANDO MASCOTAS DE LOS MISMOS CIUDADANOS!!, aquellos que ya tenían un hogar al cual pertenecían y que les daban amor, y aun así un gobierno hace vista gorda ¿Por qué?, ¿Pq acaso son animales?. No importa si el asesinato o tortura se le hace solo a un humano o no, igual deben de tomar en cuenta que están asesinando a seres vivientes que pese a todos sientes cada cosa tienes sentimientos y emociones. Tomen en cuenta que si esas cosas por qué no llamaré humano o si quiera persona a alguien que no respeta su entorno, ahora solo le hacen daño a animalitos inocentes pero como así son capaces de lastimar a seres indefensos pueden ser capaces de lastimar a bebés, niños y personas.
